Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
UK Shipping And Handling: We charge shipping at 10% of the order value. Every order is sent as a Recorded Delivery.
EEC Shipping And Handling: We charge shipping at 15% of the order value.
Rest of World Shipping And Handling: We charge shipping at 20% of the order value.
Delivery Schedule: We endeavour to ship your order within 7 days. In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock, we will inform you by email giving you an opportunity to cancel or choose an alternative product.
Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
We are very proud of our products and take every care to make sure that they reach you in perfect condition. If damage occurs we will replace or credit the items. Returned product should reach us within 10 days of our despatch date and must be in its complete original packaging. Please obtain a certificate of postage from your local Post Office.
